Background of customer service and design in corporate business. Author of 2 nationally published books, Suiting the Customer and The Mystery Patient's Guide to Gaining and Retaining Patients. Award-winning national columnist and Past President of National Speakers Association of North Texas.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I am a seasoned professional speaker who has spoken throughout the United States, Puerto Rico, Canada, Spain, Belgium, with more than 60% of presentations being made to repeat clients. Author of 2 nationally published books, award-winning columnist on Communications and Patient Relations. Far from being a traditional lecturer, my goal is to engage the audience interactively and to help them process new information immediately for greater retention. All programs are highly interactive, based on solid research and balanced with humor and insight.
