We provide the driver education program that is subsidized by the State of NC. We do no private lessons. Classes are held at all public high schools after school hours, on school breaks and during the summer. Any age-eligible Wake County student who has never taken driver education in NC before may register for a class. Students must be enrolled in public, private or home school to be eligible. Owner was a driver education teacher.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide the required high school driver education that is subsidized by the state and therefore at minimal cost to the student. We are contracted in Wake County and in Charlotte/Mecklenburg.

Wake County & Charlotte Mecklenburg have instituted a $45 fee that must be paid before or at the beginning of the classroom phase. The majority of driver education is still subsidized by the state. Information regarding how to pay the $45 fee can be found on each JDS office website.
