Bannerman & Co. has been building in the Wake Forest area for 23 years.
What is your primary product or service?
We are new home construction and have gone "Green" in 2008.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have gone "Green" and focus on local subcontractors. We build homes that are both high quality and functional. We believe a home should fit your lifestyle.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We current are in three subdivision. Patterson Woods is in growing Youngsville (5 minutes north of Wake Forest). Heath Ridge Village has luxury garage townhomes and is downtown Wake Forest. Our Green Homes are in Averette Ridge and are in Rolesville close to a great school

Patterson Woods: From Wake Forest/Raleigh take Capital Blvd to Harris, turn right, travel to North Main/Alt. 1-A, turn left. Subdivision is just before getting into Youngsville. Heath Ridge Village: From Raleigh take Capital Blvd to Hwy. 98 Bypass. Travel to Franklin Street, turn left after median,take next left to Sugar Maple Avenue. Averette Ridge: From Wake Forest/Raleigh take Capital Blvd to Hwy. 98 Bypass to Jones Dairy Road. Turn Right. Subdivision is on right past Jones Dairy School.
