Interview Q&A
How long have you been in business?
Since 1993
What is your primary product or service?
Asian and Domestic auto repair, maintenance and service.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My father was a mechanic and service manager at Southeastern Diesel and I ended up taking a liking in becoming a mechanic myself.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Anyone can say: "I treat my customers like I want to be treated." While that is all well and good, the fact of the matter is you can't run from the Internet. Look for reviews online about our business - we are continually rated 5-stars and it's not because we're like any other shop out there. It's hard to place words on why we're different. I believe it's because we're real honest, straightforward, and understand what it's like to come into an auto repair facility.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location with no plans on opening another.
Provide detailed directions to your location
