If anyone hears that their subdivision's developer is Mr Lancaster, from Triangle Development, run as fast as you can. He has given us nothing but heartache since we moved into our Subdivision. Now we are fighting for a STOP sign, can you believe that, where we have 4 corners that merge into one road out of the subdivision, and he consistently refuses to put one in. He is playing with our safety and the safety of our children!!!! How dare he play God with our lives and the lives of our children who ride their bikes and scooters around this area!!!
