Social Media Network set up, customization & marketing including WordPress blog design, keyword analysis & SEO, Facebook Page Design and marketing funnels for Facebook, Facebook ad design and management. social media management.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I've been in sales and marketing for over 30 years and had my own business for the last 15 years. I was using Social Media and Internet marketing for a number of years and having success getting ranked on page one in a Google search and driving traffic. When the down turn in the economy happened, I had to re-brand myself so fell back to what I was already using for myself and a field that is currently exploding; Social Media.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As I mentioned, I've been in sales and marketing for many years and understand the struggles of business owners. In this economy, many folks are having to re-invent themselves and I help them do that. I not only help existing companies set up Social Media & move online with their advertising but I also coach folks on how to start a Local Social Media business to help companies. I'm a one stop shop. I help my clients establish or improve their Internet visibility and marketing using proven Social Media and Internet Marketing strategies to attract and retain new clients and EXPLODE their business. I provide all the services you need to get started: Keyword analysis/SEO, WordPress Website design, set up and customization of Social networks, Internet Marketing coaching & tools, custom graphics, logos, copy writing, editing and more.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
I'm not limited by location. I work with clients anywhere in the world but my focus is on the US. I communicate with my clients via Phone, Skype, GoToMeeting & TeamViewer.
What type of payments do you accept?
I work on a cash basis for most work and can except checks or payment through PayPal, which excepts cards. The exception is SEO, which is a monthly fee paid in advance.
Which areas do you service?
I'm based in Raleigh, NC but have clients all over the world
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
I started My Social Media Matters, run the day to day operations and do or oversee most of the work for my clients. I am the primary contact.
What are your hours of operation?
I can be reached almost anytime via Social Media. I usually work from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Mon-Fri.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
